Superfood Smoothie Bowl (Use all organic ingredients) (Minute 1:55)
- Base:
- Soaked chia and/or flax seeds
- Fruit / berries (fresh or frozen)
- Berries only if on low glycemic diet
- Full fat coconut milk
- Non-BPA can liner
- Superfoods
- 3 Tbsp acai powder
- 1 Tbsp maqui powder
- Every other powder you have!

Chickpea Burgers (Minute 4:52)
- 2 cups of Soaked and sprouted chickpeas
- 1 chopped onion
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon of Avocado or coconut oil
Sauté onion on low heat for 3 minutes. Cool and then add all ingredients to food processor (you can also mix with a fork) and pulse until ingredients are combined but before they are fully blended. Form into patties and fry in the oil on low – medium heat 5 minutes each side.
